On Thursday the 28th February 28 fifth year students went on a two day History to Belfast. They went on a guided tour of the Falls and the Shankill Roads on the first day. The following morning they visited Stormont Parliament and met with Conal McDevitt, a member of the SDLP party. We received a great welcome and this visit was the highlight of the trip. The remainder of the day was spent at the Ulster Museum, Victoria Square shopping centre and at the cinema. A great time was had by all , even the weather was on our side!
Students were accompanied by Ms. Henchin, Mr. Hennessy and Ms. McMorrow.
